CHILD SUPPORT

The Child Support Division is responsible for processing child support and maintenance payments ordered by the court.  Most payments are processed by the State Disbursement Unit, but the Child Support Division maintains a record of all payments processed whether through the State Disbursement Unit or the Circuit Clerk's Office.  The Child Support Division only maintains payment records, they do not enforce child support.
