The "Request Help With" service allows residents to submit requests easily on-line, and allows for efficient recording and tracking of requests to ensure timely response and follow-up. You can submit requests for help with certain county government services by completing this interactive service request form. The form will be sent to the appropriate County department for them to take action.

Currently, Request a County Service provides residents an opportunity to report or request help with such specific items as:

• Damaged mailbox from snowplow
• Dead animals in roadway
• Dead animals posing a public health risk
• Nuisance reports
• Potholes
• Problems with animals
• Restaurant complaints
• Septic issues
• Signs missing from roadways
• Flooding, surface water, water quality issues
